Agility Resourcing are exclusively partnering with a growing manufacturing company based in Carlisle in their search for an Assistant Accountant. With great commuter links from the M6, this is an exciting opportunity for an experienced and confident \"all-rounder\" to join a stable team. The Assistant Accountant will support the Management Accountant but will take primary responsibility for the sales ledger and credit control.
Duties will include :
- Responsibility for management of the Sales Ledger
- Credit control duties - pro-actively chasing customers via phone/email
- Support sales team with general admin relating to customer management and setup
- Assistance with monthly and quarterly management accounts pack production
- Processing intercompany recharges
- Cashflow management
The Assistant Accountant role will suit candidates who are QBE or AAT Qualified. Strong SAGE knowledge along with confidence in Excel is also required. The successful candidate can expect 25 days holiday, competitive salary along with company pension
