Agility are delighted to be working on a new role with an outstanding returning client of ours. The client works in technology and is going through an exciting period of change and is looking for an Accounts Assistant with a can-do attitude to join the growing business.
Your role:
- Matching purchase orders and posting invoices
- Processing customer sales orders and invoices
- Preparing and loading the supplier payment run
- Processing payment of data and invoicing data sales
- Co-ordinating data collection figures
- Control and reconciliation of petty cash
- Maintaining and reconciling various accounts
- Assisting with monthly stock take reconciliation
- Assisting with year-end reporting including tax analysis
- Other ad hoc duties
Person Specification:
- Experience within finance
- Self-motivated
- High organisation skills
- Ability to work within a team
