Are you looking to kick-start or build on your finance career in a supportive and dynamic environment? My client is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Accounts Administrator to join their finance team in Blackpool.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone currently studying AAT who\’s ready to put their learning into practice while gaining hands-on experience across a range of transactional finance duties.
What You\’ll Be Doing
As the Accounts Administrator, you\’ll support the day-to-day activities of our busy transactional team. Your responsibilities will include:
- Accurately processing sales and purchase ledger transactions
- Coding invoices and ensuring all documentation is properly matched and recorded
- Assisting with supplier statement reconciliations
- Responding to and resolving client and supplier queries in a timely and professional manner
- Providing general admin support to the wider finance team as needed
What We\’re Looking For
- A passion for numbers and strong attention to detail
- Great communication skills – you\’ll be dealing with both internal teams and external clients
- Some experience in a similar finance/admin role is ideal but not essential
- Currently studying or looking to start AAT qualifications
- A team player with a willingness to learn and grow
