The Role
This is a hands-on agency role for a Digital Marketing Account Manager who enjoys combining data, creativity, and client leadership. You’ll be the day-to-day lead for a portfolio of visitor attraction clients, translating their objectives into effective digital marketing plans and ensuring campaigns perform at their best. Working closely with our creative, digital ad operations, and strategy teams, you’ll proactively monitor performance, spot opportunities, and recommend optimisations; often before the client asks.
What you’ll be doing
- Leading digital marketing activity for a portfolio of attraction clients
- Building client relationships, understanding their goals, and proactively adding value
- Reviewing and optimising performance across paid social, PPC and display ads (you won’t be setting up ads, but you’ll need to understand how they perform.)
- Creating strong email & social organic campaigns with the creative team.
- Briefing the creative team on messaging and digital ad creation
- Managing multiple projects simultaneously
About you
This role is ideal for someone who:
- Has 3+ years’ experience in digital marketing (agency experience preferred)
- Enjoys building relationships with clients and being pro-active
- Is confident analysing campaign performance and optimisation opportunities
- Understands paid digital channels (Meta, Google, programmatic)
- Appreciates strong creative and can give constructive feedback
- Has working knowledge of email marketing and organic social
- Is highly organised and enjoys taking ownership
