Supplier Engagement Advisor – Six Immediate Opportunities

We are recruiting six Supplier Engagement Advisors to join an expanding environmental compliance business. These positions are initially temporary, but there is a genuine opportunity to secure a permanent role and build a rewarding career within the organisation.
You do not need previous experience. Full training will be provided, making this an excellent opportunity for someone with strong communication, customer service, administration or data-handling skills.

The role:
- Contact suppliers by telephone and email to collect important packaging, electrical, battery and plastics data
- Guide suppliers through the data-submission process, answering questions and providing professional support
- Check, cleanse and maintain information using Excel, CRM systems and internal software
- Chase outstanding submissions and ensure information is received within agreed deadlines
- Review data for accuracy and identify missing or potentially incorrect information
- Work closely with Account Managers and data teams to support customer reporting
About you:
- Confident communicating with customers or suppliers by telephone and email
- Minimum Grade C/4 in GCSE Mathematics and English or equivalent
- Comfortable using Microsoft Excel and working with data
- Accurate, organised and able to manage a busy workload
- Professional, approachable and confident following up outstanding information
- Able to work independently while contributing to a supportive team
- Previous office, administration, customer service or data experience would be beneficial
- An interest in sustainability or environmental issues would be an advantage
- Full UK manual driving licence
