Agilis Search is partnering with a true people-first business in Ipswich who are looking for an IT Manager to join them on a permanent basis to lead and develop a small team. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone with a strong technical background, proven people management skills and experience operating in a structured environment.
As IT Manager in this values-led organisation, you will lead the day-to-day support and enhancement of core technology systems, act as an escalation point for complex issues, work closely with suppliers and stakeholders, and help drive change and improvement across the entire business.
Key requirements:
- Strong technical understanding of IT systems, infrastructure and Microsoft environments
- Strong knowledge of network and associated security principles
- Experience leading, developing and motivating a small team
- Comfortable working with compliance and audits when required
- Strong stakeholder skills, with the ability to explain technical matters clearly to non-IT audiences
