We are seeking a highly analytical and commercially minded FP A Senior Analyst to join a highly reputable Bury St Edmunds based business. This role will be responsible for delivering financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and business performance analysis to support strategic decision-making across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-range planning processes.
- Prepare and present monthly financial performance reports, variance analysis, and management insights.
- Business partner across the company and build relationships with key stakeholders.
- Identify risks and opportunities impacting financial performance.
- Support month-end and year-end reporting processes.
- Monthly opex and working capital review and management.
- Analyse variances and provide commentary.
- Support ad hoc financial analysis and special projects as required.
Key skills:
- Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) or equivalent with relevant work experience.
- Experience in FP A / commercial finance related roles.
