Job Description Are you a seasoned professional in risk, compliance, and complaints management with a passion for healthcare? Join a dynamic Quality & Governance Team as a Risk and Governance Manager, where your expertise will be pivotal in shaping and maintaining a robust risk, compliance, and complaints management framework across a fast-growing private healthcare organisation. This is a fully remote position. Lead and maintain the organisation-wide risk management framework. Oversee corporate and service-level risk registers, ensuring regular review. Support teams in identifying, assessing, and mitigating various risks. Monitor risk themes and escalate concerns appropriately. Act as a lead for ISO and quality compliance. Manage the complaints process in line with PSIRF and regulatory requirements. Conduct Level 4 complaints and appeals. Develop and implement policies, procedures, and SOPs related to quality, complaints, clinical governance, risk, and compliance. Design and coordinate audit programmes and support internal audits. Prepare high-quality reports on clinical governance, risk, compliance, and complaints. Extensive experience in governance, clinical governance, complaints, quality, and risk within private healthcare or the NHS. Knowledge of national policies and standards related to patient care quality. Proven ability to develop and implement governance and risk management frameworks. Strong knowledge of ISO regulation, auditing, and duty of candour requirements. Experience managing complaints processes and conducting complex investigations. Excellent written communication skills and experience drafting complaint responses. Demonstrable experience with PSIRF and ISO auditing. Experience in private healthcare and remote or digital care models. Personal qualities: Compassionate in handling complaints.
