Agilis Search are proud to be supporting an established organisation based in Cambridge with the recruitment of a part time, qualified Management Accountant. This position offers the chance to support the organisation's finance function, providing crucial insights into income streams, expenditure, and financial planning. Working in a small, dedicated team, you will be instrumental in guiding strategic decision-making and ensuring the financial health as business grows.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Preparing budgets and forecasts
  • Advising on tax implications
  • Managing intercompany transactions
  • Ensuring accurate financial reconciliations
  • Producing statutory accounts
  • Coordinating audits
  • Support with transactional finance responsibilities, payroll, ledger work etc.

Candidates must be:

  • ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualified with strong analytical skills
  • Possessing excellent attention to detail
  • Proven experience in financial modelling and Xero accounting systems
  • Having a proactive mindset, strong organisational skills, and the ability to maintain confidentiality are essential

This role is offered across 25 hours per week, based in their offices in Cambridge. The structure of the hours is open for discussion.
