We're working with a forward-thinking organisation in Bury St Edmunds who is looking for a motivated IT Graduate to join their team. What You'll Be Doing- Providing 1st line IT support to internal users
- Troubleshooting hardware, software, and basic network issues
- Supporting users with systems such as Microsoft 365 and Windows environments
- Assisting with user account management (e.g. Active Directory)
- Setting up laptops, desktops, and mobile devices
- Logging and tracking support tickets, ensuring timely resolution
- Learning from senior team members and getting involved in projects
- Supporting system upgrades, maintenance, and improvements
- A degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- A genuine passion for technology and a desire to build a career in IT
- Basic understanding of IT concepts (e.g. networking, operating systems, hardware)
- Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn
- Good communication skills and a friendly, approachable manner
- A proactive attitude and strong work ethic
- Exposure to Windows OS, Microsoft 365, or Active Directory
- Basic networking knowledge (IP, DNS, DHCP)
