Agilis Search are delighted to be supporting a reputable business based outside of Ipswich, who are looking to recruit an Accounts Assistant initially on a 12-month fixed term contract. You will have previous varied accounts experience, mainly within purchase ledger, and be readily available for work. Responsibilities: β Ensuring all purchase invoices are processed and approved for payment β Responsible for statement reconciliations to maintain accurate records β Managing monthly payment runs, ensuring all supplier invoices are uploaded β Managing supplier queries β Ad hoc accounting tasks as reasonably required by senior leadership Key Skills: β Previous purchase ledger experience is essential β Experience using Microsoft Excel is required. β Must be organised, diligent, and able to work under pressure.
