Key duties and responsibilities:
- Lead and maintain the organisation-wide risk management framework.
- Oversee corporate and service-level risk registers, ensuring regular review.
- Support teams in identifying, assessing, and mitigating various risks.
- Monitor risk themes and escalate concerns appropriately.
- Act as a lead for ISO and quality compliance.
- Manage the complaints process in line with PSIRF and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct Level 4 complaints and appeals.
- Develop and implement policies, procedures, and SOPs related to quality, complaints, clinical governance, risk, and compliance.
- Design and coordinate audit programmes and support internal audits.
- Prepare high-quality reports on clinical governance, risk, compliance, and complaints.
