Interim Employee Relations Manager
We’re looking for an experienced Employee Relations Manager for a client of ours in Suffolk on an interim basis, with part-time or full-time hours available. This role is site based.
You’ll provide expert ER advice and support across the organisation, managing complex employee relations cases, coaching managers, and helping to ensure fair, consistent and legally compliant people practices.
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has strong employee relations experience
- Is confident managing complex and sensitive cases
- Can quickly build credibility and relationships with managers
- Is practical, solutions-focused and commercially minded
- Can hit the ground running in an interim environment
