Our client is an industry-leading talent marketing agency based in Cheltenham. They are looking for a Head of TikTok Shop to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis.

The role:
- Leading and scaling the agency’s TikTok Shop offering
- Developing and executing TikTok Shop strategies for talent, creators and brand partners
- Driving sales and revenue through affiliate marketing, creator partnerships and live shopping
- Managing key brand relationships and identifying new business opportunities
- Monitoring performance, GMV and sales growth to maximise commercial results
- Working closely with the wider talent and marketing teams to deliver successful campaigns
Experience and skills:
- Proven experience within TikTok Shop, social commerce or e-commerce
- Strong understanding of TikTok Shop affiliate marketing and creator-led sales
- Experience driving revenue growth and managing brand partnerships
- Exceptional account management and commercial skills
- Strong communication, leadership and relationship-building skills
- A proactive, entrepreneurial approach with a passion for social commerce
