Responsibilities
- Assist with sourcing and onboarding devices from approved vendors
- Help keep track of devices, versions, and delivery timelines
- Support the team in evaluating new devices and updates
- Help configure physical and virtual devices for development, QA, support, and demos
- Support the maintenance of demo setups used by internal teams
- Assist with ensuring devices are running supported software versions
Testing & Labs
- Support the setup and maintenance of physical and virtual test labs
- Help keep environments organised, available, and ready for use
- Assist with basic troubleshooting of device and lab issues
- Work closely with Engineering, QA, Product, and Support teams
- Shadow senior team members during customer calls, demos, and investigations
- Gradually take on more responsibility as your confidence and skills grow
Documentation & Standards
- Help create and update technical documentation
- Learn about industry standards and cybersecurity best practices (e.g. NIST, PCI)
What we're looking for
- A foundational understanding of IT, networking, devices, or systems (through education, training, or early career experience)
- An interest in devices, hardware, networking, or cybersecurity
- A willingness to learn, ask questions, and take feedback on board
- Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset
- Comfortable working in a remote, Agile environment

- Some hands-on experience with device setup, labs, or testing
- Exposure to networking concepts (IP, VLANs, firewalls, etc.)
