Our client is an industry leading brand based in Gloucestershire. They are looking for a Senior PR & Influencer Manager to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis.

The role:
- Quarterly US travel and monthly London travel flexibility is required
- Influencer strategy & leadership (60%)
- PR & Communications (40%)
- Lead the entire strategy of PR & Influencer for the brand
- Build the CEO and senior leadership presence on LinkedIn and in trade press
- Own trade and business press strategy
- Own all influencer and talent contracts end-to-end
- Identify the high-citation publications and structured-content sources for our categories
- Position senior leadership as commentators on the conversations that matter to the brand
- Own talent dressing and celebrity seeding — securing organic wears for moments
- Set the strategic direction for the influencer programme across all territories
- Lead the casting and strategic shape of headline activations
Experience and skills:
- At least 5 years experience in Influencer Marketing, PR or Brand Communications
- Demonstrable track record of building or significantly scaling an influencer programme — not just managing one
- Genuine fluency in the modern media landscape — Substack, podcasts, group chats, commentary creators and niche newsletter, etc.
- Strong commercial instinct
- Experience managing agencies with a clear point of view on what to keep in-house vs partner out
