Our client is an industry leading agency based in Cheltenham. They are looking for a Head of Client Services to join them on a full-time, permanent basis.

THE ROLE
- Oversee senior client relationships, acting as the primary contact
- Build partnerships with clients to understand their goals
- Lead all strategic planning across all client accounts
- Support the strategic input for new business opportunities
- Oversee project management frameworks to ensure campaigns are delivered on time
- Continuously improve delivery processes
- Line manage and develop a growing team
- Set clear expectations and KPIs
- Own client forecasting, capacity planning and revenue accountability
- Identify opportunities for account expansion and upselling
ESSENTIAL
- Strong, proven experience in Client Services or Account Leadership within a Social, Influencer or Digital Marketing Agency
- Proven track record of managing and growing high-value client accounts
- Strong conflict management experience and negotiation skills
- Demonstrated experience in strategy development and campaign management
- Strong commercial acumen with experience owning revenue targets or forecasts
