Agilio Software Group is a leading UK healthcare operations software provider, delivering integrated, mission‑critical solutions that support primary care, dental, pharmacy, hospital, and veterinary organisations. With ambitious growth plans underway, we are looking for talented individuals to join us on this exciting journey.
The Fresh is a specialist digital marketing agency within the Agilio Software Group, working exclusively with healthcare and dental clients across the UK. We partner with a diverse portfolio of dental and healthcare practices, delivering high‑performance paid media, SEO, web development, and content strategies that drive real patient acquisition and sustainable practice growth.
This is an exciting opportunity to join the team at a pivotal stage of growth and play a key role in scaling our paid media offering. You’ll work across a varied portfolio of dental and healthcare clients, helping to shape strategy, performance, and best practice as the business continues to expand.
We’re looking for an experienced, commercially sharp Media Buyer to join our fully remote team. You’ll be responsible for the strategy, setup, day-to-day management, and performance reporting of Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns across a portfolio of dental and healthcare clients — primarily focused on lead generation for local practices.
This is a hands-on role. You’ll be as comfortable pulling apart a non-converting campaign as you are presenting a quarterly strategy to a client. You’ll work closely with our Account Managers and wider digital team, bringing both deep technical expertise and the client-facing confidence to back it up.
You will be responsible for:
- Managing Google Ads (Search, Display, PMax) and Meta Ads campaigns across a portfolio of dental and healthcare client accounts.
- Taking end-to-end ownership of campaigns — from initial strategy and build through to ongoing optimisation and performance reporting.
- Setting up tracking, conversion events, and attribution correctly across platforms (GA4, GTM, Meta Pixel, Google Tag).
- Delivering regular performance reports and insights to internal Account Managers and directly to clients where required.
- Identifying growth opportunities across accounts — budget recommendations, new campaign types, audience strategies, and creative testing.
- Collaborating with the wider team on landing page recommendations, creative briefs, and campaign messaging.
- Contributing to agency-level paid media processes, playbooks, and quality standards.
- Staying ahead of platform changes, algorithm updates, and best practices across Google and Meta.
The skills and experience which we are looking for in a Senior Paid Media Manager are:
Essential
- 7–10 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns, with a strong track record of lead generation performance.
- Agency-side background — you’ve managed multiple client accounts simultaneously and understand the pace and accountability that comes with it.
- Deep technical proficiency: campaign architecture, bidding strategy, audience targeting, creative testing, tracking setup, and performance analysis.
- Experience with GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Business Manager, and standard reporting tools.
- Strong understanding of local business lead generation — you know how to drive quality enquiries for businesses serving a defined geographic area.
- Excellent communication skills — able to translate performance data into clear, actionable insight for both internal teams and clients.
- Highly organised with the ability to manage a large portfolio of accounts.
- A team player who collaborates well, communicates proactively, and takes ownership of their work.
Desirable
- Experience working with dental, healthcare, or other regulated/professional services sectors.
- Familiarity with CRM integrations and lead tracking beyond standard pixel events.
- Experience using Google Ads scripts or automation tools to manage accounts at scale.
- Understanding of SEO and how paid and organic channels interact.
Additional Information
- Location: Remote
- Job type: Full-time, permanent, some out of hours work may be required from time to time.
- Salary: Competitive salary and generous benefits
- Income Protection
- Life Assurance
- Enhanced pension
- Health Cash plan
- 28 days annual leave + bank holidays
