Agilio Software Group is the UK's largest provider of back-office, compliance, and workforce solutions in primary care and dental. As we continue to grow, we are seeking experienced and passionate Dental Compliance Consultants to join our expanding network. This self-employed opportunity is ideal for someone who already has an existing client base or is looking to broaden their portfolio. You'll enjoy flexibility in your schedule but must be able to commit to two to five consecutive days when required and be an excellent communicator who can support dental practices to achieve outstanding compliance standards.
About the Role
As a Dental Compliance Consultant, you will work closely with dental practices to guide, support, and assess their compliance against key regulatory requirements. You'll use your expertise to coach teams, identify risks, and help practices prepare effectively for regulatory inspections.
What We're Looking For — Must Haves
- Minimum 3 years' experience leading compliance within a dental practice
- In-depth knowledge of CQC inspections and processes
- Solid understanding of dental regulations and requirements
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to influence through clear written and verbal communication
- Familiarity with the iComply Application and templates
- Full driving licence and access to own vehicle
- Willingness to travel to client sites across the UK
Good to Have
- Knowledge of HIW inspections and processes
- IOSH Managing Safely qualification
- Experience in corporate dental compliance management and/or regional management
- Consultancy or sales experience within the dental sector
