Job purpose:
The Talent Acquisition / HR Advisor Officer is responsible for sourcing,
attracting, and engaging top talent across the UK, Europe, and
international markets to support Agilio’s growth. Working as part of the
Central People Team, this role partners closely with hiring managers to
understand workforce needs, deliver effective recruitment strategies,
and provide HR advice and support throughout the employee lifecycle.
You will be responsible for:
Talent Acquisition

The skills and experience which we are looking for in our Group
Talent Acquisition & HR Advisor:
Essential
• 2+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience in a tech or
professional services environment
• Solid understanding of employment law, GDPR, and HR best practices
• Proven track record of hitting recruitment metrics and improving
candidate experience
• Familiarity with AI-powered HR tools and platforms
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Desirable
• Level 5 CIPD Human Resources
Additional Information
This is a full-time role based ideally in Sheffield on a hybrid
arrangement. (i.e 2 days office based, 3 days remote)
Job type: Full-time, permanent, some out of hour’s work may be
required from time to time.
