Agilio Software Group is a leading UK healthcare operations software provider, delivering integrated, mission critical solutions that support primary care, dental, pharmacy, hospital, and veterinary organisations. We have ambitious and exciting growth plans and are looking for talented individuals to be part of our journey.
We’re now looking for a hands-on, creative, and data driven Senior Campaign & Social Media Lead to join us on a 12 month fixed term contract (maternity cover) and help fuel the next stage of our growth journey.
The Role: We’re looking for a hands-on marketing specialist who supports and delivers integrated campaigns across Agilio. This role strengthens execution by providing expert campaign support and taking ownership of specific sector or high-priority campaigns to meet key business milestones. Alongside this, you will lead our social media strategy end-to-end—transforming our presence through community building, authenticity, empathy, and thought leadership—and manage the full content calendar from strategy through to execution.
Key responsibilities
- Campaigns: Deliver end‑to‑end multi‑channel campaigns across digital, email, content and events. Create campaign assets (emails, landing pages, social, collateral) and manage workflows in marketing automation. Partner with Demand Gen on paid activity and continuously optimise through testing.
- Social media: Own Agilio’s social media strategy and execution, with LinkedIn as the primary channel. Plan and deliver the editorial calendar, create posts, and manage community engagement. Support paid social campaigns and use AI tools to work faster without compromising quality.
- Collaboration & growth: Work closely with sales, product, sector teams and agencies to deliver aligned campaigns. Build, lead and nurture, re‑engagement and ABM campaigns across the funnel. Track performance, share insights, and drive continuous improvement.
- Content, tools & innovation: Brief and manage campaign content and assets, ensuring brand consistency. Use marketing automation and project tools to deliver efficiently. Test new ideas, formats and channels to keep campaigns fresh and effective.
The skills and experience which we are looking for in our Senior Campaign & Social Media Lead are:
Essential:
- 3–5 years’ hands-on campaign experience in B2B SaaS (health tech a plus).
- Proven delivery of multi-channel campaigns and ownership of LinkedIn and paid social.
- Strong project management skills, able to juggle multiple campaigns.
- Confident working cross functionally with sales, product, and marketing team.
- Experience with marketing automation (Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot or similar).
- Working knowledge of CRM, email marketing best practice, SEO, PPC and paid social.
- Strong copywriting skills with a good eye for design and UX.
- Data driven, with attention to detail across setup, QA and tracking.
Desirable:
- Experience in healthcare, regulated industries or agency environments.
- Knowledge of GDPR, agile marketing, and relevant marketing certifications.
Additional Information:
- Job type: Full-time, Remote, 12-month fixed term contract (maternity cover).
- Salary: Competitive + generous benefits.
- Income Protection.
- Life Assurance.
- Enhanced pension.
- Health Cash plan.
- 28 days annual leave + bank holidays.
- Sick pay scheme.
- A range of flexible benefits available through our Agilio Flex portal.
