Agilio Software Group is a leading UK healthcare operations software provider, delivering integrated, mission critical solutions that support primary care, dental, pharmacy, hospital, and veterinary organisations. We are entering a new phase of growth – powered by AI, platform consolidation, and expansion into new markets and sectors and are looking for talented individuals to be part of our journey.

We are looking for a Product Manager to lead our HR & Workforce Management domain, shaping it into an intelligent, AI-enabled platform that transforms how healthcare providers manage, support, and scale their workforce. This is not just a product role – it is a strategic leadership opportunity to define and execute the AI vision for workforce management, embedding intelligence into the experience – from hiring and onboarding to compliance, rostering, performance, and retention.

You will play a contributing role in evolving our ecosystem – particularly Agilio One – into a seamless, end-to-end operating system for frontline healthcare organisations, while laying the foundations to scale across new sectors and international markets. This is a platform-minded, commercially driven Product Manager role with strong ownership across product strategy, execution, and market opportunity.

You will be responsible for:

  • Defining the AI strategy for workforce management – embedding automation, predictive insights, and decision support across the product
  • Reimagining workforce experiences for frontline healthcare teams – simplifying complexity and unlocking productivity at scale
  • Building a unified platform that connects HR, compliance, rostering, associate pay, and performance into a seamless system
  • Driving integration into Agilio One, creating a truly end-to-end customer experience
  • Identifying opportunities to scale into adjacent sectors (e.g. pharmacy, vet) and expand internationally
  • Leveraging data as a strategic asset, turning workforce data into actionable intelligence for customers
  • Developing a partner ecosystem (payroll, recruitment) to extend platform capabilities

This is not a role for someone who wants to stay in discovery mode indefinitely – we need someone who can move from insight to execution quickly.

What Success Looks Like

In the first 6 months:

  • Develop a clear view of the current HR and workforce product landscape across Agilio
  • Identify quick wins to improve customer value and operational efficiency
  • Build strong relationships across internal teams and key customers
  • Establish a roadmap for platform consolidation and integration

Within 12 months:

  • Launch intelligent workforce capabilities (e.g. automation, predictive insights, smart workflows)
  • Deliver meaningful improvements to the end-to-end HR experience within Agilio One
  • Establish strategic partnerships that enhance the value proposition
  • Improve customer adoption, engagement, and retention across the product area

Longer term:

  • Build a category-leading, AI-powered workforce management product suite
  • Enable expansion into new sectors and international markets
  • Help establish Agilio as a leader in AI-driven healthcare operations
  • Contribute to the scaling and maturity of the Product organisation

The skills and experience which we are looking for in our Product Manager are:

Essential

  • 5+ years in Product Management, ideally in B2B SaaS or platform environments
  • Proven track record of owning strategy through to delivery
  • Experience building or scaling platforms, integrations, or multi-product ecosystems
  • Exposure to HR, workforce management, payroll, rostering, or compliance domains (preferred)
  • Experience applying or embedding AI in product development or workflows (strong advantage)

Additional Information

  • Location: Remote

  • Income Protection
  • Life Assurance
  • Enhanced pension
