An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Regional Sales Manager to join a well-established engineering services organisation operating within the industrial and energy sectors.

Experience within the gas turbine, turbomachinery, pumps and compressors market is essential.

  • Deliver budgeted sales revenue targets across the defined territory
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with strategic customers
  • Gather and communicate market intelligence including customer trends, competitor activity, and industry developments
  • Provide accurate sales forecasting and pipeline reporting
  • Support commercial strategies and contribute to business growth initiatives
  • Maintain CRM systems and customer records effectively

Highly experienced technical sales or business development role.

Essential experience within the gas turbine, turbomachinery sectors.

  • Strong key account management and relationship-building capability
  • Demonstrated success delivering sales growth within competitive markets
  • Commercially aware with the ability to engage both technical and commercial stakeholders
  • Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications
  • Additional language skills would be advantageous depending on territory
