Job Purpose The Fleet Coordinator is responsible for supporting the efficient management of the company's vehicle fleet.

This role ensures that vehicles are maintained, compliant, and available to support operational requirements while providing excellent administrative support, liaising with drivers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.

The successful candidate will be highly organised, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities Fleet Administration Maintain accurate and up-to-date fleet records, including vehicle inspections, servicing, MOTs, insurance, licences, and taxation.

Monitor vehicle compliance and ensure all documentation is current and legally compliant.

Coordinate vehicle servicing, maintenance, repairs, and breakdown assistance.

Maintain records of vehicle allocations, mileage, fuel usage, and associated costs.

Manage onboarding and off boarding of all vehicles.

Vehicle Compliance and Management Schedule and monitor MOTs, inspections, servicing, and warranty work.

Ensure fleet vehicles meet health, safety, and regulatory requirements.

Support accident and incident management processes, including reporting and documentation.

Assist with managing company vehicle handovers and returns.

Supplier and Stakeholder Liaison Act as a key point of contact for drivers, vehicle suppliers, leasing companies, and maintenance providers.

Build positive working relationships with external suppliers to ensure high levels of service.

Resolve fleet-related queries promptly and professionally.

General Support Provide administrative support to the Operations and Fleet teams.

Assist with the implementation of fleet policies and procedures.

Support business initiatives aimed at improving fleet performance, safety, and sustainability.
