What we're all about

At Agilico, we're on a journey to build a better future for our people and planet. We're proud to be the UK's pioneering Circular-First Managed Print Services business, leading sustainability in our sector. Instead of the traditional take-make-waste model, our circular-first managed print services centre around refurbishing and recycling Multi-Functional Devices (MFDs) and parts wherever possible to cut carbon emissions, reduce landfill waste and provide a more cost-effective solution for our customers. As this part of our business grows, we are seeking a passionate individual to join our busy operation in Leicester.

What we're looking for

We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills and a can-do attitude, who can focus on giving great service to our customers.

What you'll be doing

  • Driving the company van for customer deliveries or collections, always ensuring a professional service to uphold the company's reputation.
  • Planning routes effectively to maximise the efficient delivery of customers' orders.
  • Conduct client site surveys to ensure safe delivery and collection of equipment.
  • Installation of IT equipment at client sites (training will be provided).
  • Support the warehouse to ensure health & safety and that the working environment is always clean and tidy, and that waste packaging is removed and disposed of safely and in line with our sustainable focus.
  • Building rapport with customers by being professional, helpful and flagging any concerns raised with other stakeholders across the business.
  • Carry out other adhoc duties as required.

Skills & Experience:

  • Previous experience within a delivery/installation role with a customer service focus.
  • Outstanding communication skills.
  • A full, clean UK driving licence with experience of long-wheel based vans.
  • Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
  • A good level of IT literacy would be an advantage to support with initial IT installation.
  • An eye for detail, taking pride in your work and willing to go the extra mile to ensure quality.
  • Good level of health & safety awareness.

What we can offer you

  • Opportunities to progress and grow your career.
  • 23 days holiday plus bank holidays, rising to 28 days after 5 years.
  • Stakeholder pension scheme & death in service benefit.
  • Agile Perks reward platform offering discounts and great deals.
  • Healthcare cash plan covering everyday expenses such as opticians, dentist etc.
  • Cycle to work scheme.
  • Volunteer Days.
  • Referral bonuses if you nominate a friend or a new customer.
  • Employee Assistance Programme free advice on relationships, mental health and financial planning and more.
  • Enhanced Maternity and Paternity scheme.

If any of this has sparked some interest, then please get in touch as we would love to talk to you more about our exciting journey to build a better future, and how you could become an integral part of it!
