The Project Manager will lead the delivery of Managed Print projects, covering device rollouts, print management solutions, workflow enhancements, and customer onboarding. Your work ensures customers build a highly dependable and secure print capability with centralised control and optimisation, aligned with Agilico’s mission to Make Work Easy.
Key Responsibilities
- Managed Print Project Delivery: Deliver end‑to‑end implementation of managed print solutions including MFD deployments, configuration, network integration, and print management tools. Plan and coordinate multi‑site installations across Agilico’s UK customer base and office network (Southampton, Leicester, York, Gateshead, Croydon, Edinburgh, Inverness, and Aberdeen). Liaise with logistics and pro service teams to ensure efficient delivery and minimal disruption.
- Customer & Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary customer contact throughout project delivery, ensuring communication is clear, proactive, and customer‑centric. Run project meetings, status calls, site readiness checks, and handover sessions. Work closely with account managers and technical teams to deliver a seamless experience that matches Agilico’s 5‑star service reputation.
- Governance, Reporting & Documentation: Maintain full project governance including project plans, RAID logs, change controls, and financial tracking. Provide regular written and verbal progress updates to internal and external stakeholders. Ensure smooth transition of completed projects to Agilico’s support and service operations teams.
- Risk & Issue Management: Identify risks early and manage mitigations to protect project timelines and customer satisfaction. Drive proactive issue resolution across engineering, logistics, and customer teams. Escalate appropriately while maintaining strong customer relationships.
Essential
- Proven experience delivering Managed Print, MFD, or similar technology rollout projects.
- Strong organisational and planning skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects.
- Excellent communication and customer‑facing skills.
- Ability and willingness to travel across the UK to customer sites and Agilico regional offices.
Desirable
- PRINCE2, APM, Agile, or ITIL qualifications.
- Experience working within an MPS provider, technology integrator, or workplace technology business.
- Understanding of MFD technology, print management systems (secure print, cost control, output management), and document workflow environments.
