About the Job:
As part of our continued growth, we are looking for Analyst and Manager level Consultants to support the development of our groundbreaking work in the infrastructure sector. You will have experience of working in the Transport, Water or Energy sectors.

We work with our clients by providing integrated infrastructure development and delivery expertise as well as consultancy services. Our engagement with our clients is both at Board Level as well as throughout the organisation. This means of engagement allows us to influence strategic objectives as well as deliver on the execution of those objectives.
Our team is comprised of experts in all key matters that relate to infrastructure development and delivery, including: deal structuring, commercial and procurement, assurance, project management, financial and commercial management, organisational design and transition.
In April 2023, Agilia’s ownership structure changed and is now constituted as an Employee-Owned Trust (EOT). For team-members, this means that they obtain and adopt a sense of the entrepreneurial energy that led to Agilia’s establishment and growth and that each team-member benefits financially from the long-term growth of the business. The EOT is designed to further promote and cement a high-performance, robust mind-set, collectively and individually.
Responsibilities & Tasks:
Client Engagement & Project Leadership:
• Support the Project Director(s) on large engagements and lead on smaller client engagements, providing support to clients in the development and delivery of infrastructure projects.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders, including legal and technical advisors.
• Present workstream updates and insights as needed to senior stakeholders.
Sector Insight & Strategy Development:
• Keep informed of industry trends, enhancing Agilia’s thought leadership and market insight.
• Identify emerging business opportunities, build strategic relationships, and contribute to overall business development within the sector.
Qualifications and Experience:
• A Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Environmental Science, Business, or a related field. A Project Management certification or qualification would prove advantageous.
Knowledge and Skills:
• You should have at least 3 years experience in a Project Management/ Project Support role on large scale infrastructure programs. This could be from across any sector including, but not limited to Energy, Water or Transport.
• Ability to contribute to project planning, budget management, and risk assessment on smaller assignments.
• Experienced in drafting management reports and delivering complex information in a concise and professional manner to multiple stakeholders.
• Be a self-starter who is able to work effectively as a member of a team.
• Be articulate both orally and in written form. Possess an innate ability to synthesise complex information, with an eye for detail and ability to communicate in an effective and compelling manner.
• Possess the ability to work at pace, to be proactive with a positive can-do approach.
• Excellence at influencing, strong communication and facilitation skills in order to be credible and be able to challenge senior stakeholders.
• Be commercially minded and risk aware.

Location:
You will be based from our London office (Third floor, 11 Curtain Road, London, EC2A 3LT) and will be expected to travel to client site.
