AgileSource are looking for a Technical Business Analyst on a 6 - 12 Month Contract Assignment which falls INSIDE IR35. £375 P.D. 1 Day Per Week in London.
We are looking for an experienced Technical Business Analyst to support a large-scale SharePoint and Microsoft 365 data migration and rationalisation programme. This role will bridge business needs and technical delivery to ensure a smooth, secure, and user-focused Day 1 experience.
Key Responsibilities- Analyse current SharePoint structures, data, governance, and processes.
- Identify risks, gaps, and improvements for Day 1 readiness.
- Translate business needs into clear, testable requirements and user stories.
- Support data migration and rationalisation planning (incl. rules and structure).
- Define and oversee test cases and support UAT activities.
- Engage stakeholders and run workshops to gather and validate requirements.
- Contribute to technical assessments, cost estimates, and delivery planning.
- Technical assessment inputs (SharePoint / M365 landscape).
- Functional and non-functional requirements.
- Prioritised user stories.
- Migration and rationalisation recommendations.
- Test cases and validation support.
- Stakeholder workshop outputs.

- Strong Technical Business Analysis experience in complex IT programmes.
