AgileSource are currently looking for a SharePoint Project Manager for a 12 Month Contract. The Project Information Delivery Lead is responsible for the end‑to‑end delivery of the Information strand (SharePoint, Teams, and data structures) within a complex transformation programme. This role requires a technically grounded delivery professional with strong experience in M365 environments, particularly SharePoint architecture, data structuring, and migration risks.

Contract Inside IR35 1 Day Per Week On-site (London) £450.00 P/D

Own and maintain the integrated Day‑1 delivery plan for the Information strand, including:

  • Key milestones
  • Dependencies
  • Critical path

Lead end‑to‑end delivery of SharePoint, Teams, and data structure activities to ensure Day‑1 operational readiness.

Define and manage sequencing of all Information-related transition activities (migration, provisioning, structure design).

Essential

  • Significant experience delivering complex IT transformation programmes (e.g. mergers, transitions, operational readiness)
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 ecosystem: SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, Data structures and information architecture
  • Proven experience managing: Data migrations, Technical dependencies, Cross-supplier delivery models
  • Strong planning, governance, and RAID management capabilities
  • Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, ambiguous, high-risk environments
  • Excellent stakeholder management across technical, business, and supplier audiences
