Our client, a specialist Digital Transformation consultancy, is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Implementation Manager to lead end-to-end ITSM and ServiceNow delivery programmes for major enterprise organisations. This role is ideal for someone who has managed full-life cycle implementations from pre-sales through to go-live, and who is confident working directly with senior stakeholders.
As ServiceNow Implementation Manager, you will take ownership of complex ITSM and ServiceNow projects, ensuring successful delivery across discovery, design, build, testing, deployment and adoption. You will act as the bridge between technical teams and client leadership, ensuring solutions deliver tangible business value.
Key Responsibilities- Lead ServiceNow/ITSM projects from pre-sales engagement through to go-live.
- Support scoping, discovery workshops, solution design and estimation.
- Contribute to proposals and pre-sales materials including SOWs and delivery plans.
- Oversee implementation teams and ensure alignment to best practice and client needs.
- Manage timelines, risk, budget, governance and progress reporting.
- Apply Agile delivery techniques and promote iterative value release.
- Drive user readiness, training, adoption, and transition into BAU.
- Build strong relationships and act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders.
- 5+ years' successful ITSM project or programme delivery experience.
- Proven experience delivering ServiceNow implementations end-to-end.
- Strong background across the life cycle: pre-sales, design, build, deployment, go-live.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Strong ITSM, ITIL, and ServiceNow tooling knowledge.
- Experience working with Agile methodology.
- SC Cleared or eligible for Security Clearance.
