AgileSource are looking for a commercially driven Sales Director with experience across Financial Services and the Public Sector, a strong network of senior contacts, and the ability to blend sales and marketing into a powerful growth engine. We’re looking for a high-impact leader to drive revenue, lead our marketing function, and commercialise our offering as we scale. This is a pivotal leadership role where you will bring together sales and marketing under a unified commercial strategy. You won’t just lead pipeline generation – you’ll shape how we position ourselves in the market, how we engage clients, and how we turn opportunity into long-term value. You’ll play a critical role in professionalising and commercialising what we do, ensuring both sales execution and marketing strategy are aligned to growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and execute a joined-up sales and marketing strategy to drive sustainable revenue growth
- Leverage your network (“black book”) to open doors and accelerate deal flow
- Lead and develop the marketing function, ensuring strong brand positioning and demand generation
- Identify and unlock new opportunities across Financial Services and Public Sector markets
- Build relationships with C-level stakeholders, procurement leaders, and policy decision-makers
- Drive pipeline development, conversion, and account expansion
