AgileSource are urgently seeking a Delivery Manager who has worked on previous HALO ITSM projects. This is a high-impact role where you'll be responsible for driving delivery, managing stakeholders, and ensuring the successful rollout of a complex Halo environment.
Contract: Outside IR35 - £500 - £575 P/D
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end delivery of a large-scale Halo implementation
- Manage timelines, risks, and dependencies across the programme
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and third-party stakeholders
- Ensure delivery is aligned with business objectives and technical requirements
- Provide clear reporting and governance at senior stakeholder level
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience delivering Halo (HaloITSM / HaloPSA) implementations
- Experience managing large-scale / enterprise-level deployments
- Strong Delivery Manager / Programme Delivery background
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced, evolving environment
Desirable:
- Experience working in complex ITSM or service transformation programmes
- Familiarity with Agile / hybrid delivery methodologies
