AgileSource are currently looking for ServiceNow/HALO/Salesforce Developers on a Permanent basis. Our client is an award-winning digital consultancy with an exceptional background in client delivery. They typically work across Government, Defence and Financial Services organisations.

  • Proven hands-on experience with ServiceNow, Halo, or comparable ITSM platforms.
  • Advanced experience in supporting, deploying, maintaining, and enhancing ITSM platforms, including UI configuration, forms, notifications, fields, workflows, and JavaScript development (client-side and server-side).
  • Extensive expertise in system configuration, customisation, and tailoring to business needs.
  • Experience contributing as part of a collaborative development team, as well as working autonomously to deliver complex platform implementations.
  • In-depth knowledge of ITIL principles, with practical understanding across the full service lifecycle.
  • Strong understanding of Event Management, including prior experience integrating with monitoring and alerting solutions.
  • Solid grounding in problem-solving methodologies, structured analysis and design, and software development techniques.
  • Experience working within an Agile delivery environment.
  • ITIL certification required (minimum ITIL v3 Foundation); advanced ITIL certifications are desirable.
  • Strong project delivery and customer-facing skills.
