They are now looking to build a repeatable commercial engine to fuel the next phase of growth. You will own your sales strategy, pipeline, marketing and events programme, and have real autonomy to shape how the business goes to market across private sector, public sector and financial services.

What you will own:

  • Sales strategy and a multi-million-pound pipeline across the Public and Private Sector sectors
  • Bid strategy, commercial models, pricing and negotiation
  • Proposition development
  • Marketing, thought leadership and a high-impact events/roundtable programme
  • Senior stakeholder relationships — CIOs, COOs, CDOs, Transformation Directors
  • Coaching consultants to think and spot opportunities commercially

  • A proven Sales Director / Commercial Lead from consulting, digital transformation or technology services
  • Experience selling operating model, ways-of-working or organisational transformation propositions
  • Track record of building and converting multi-million-pound pipelines across multiple sectors
