AgileSource are looking for a Junior PMO Consultant to join a high-profile, community-focused programme supporting the rollout of a new Community Scrutiny Model across London. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone early in their PMO career to gain exposure to a complex, multi-stakeholder public sector programme.

The Role

This Junior PMO Specialist role is a key supporting position responsible for ensuring effective coordination, governance, and delivery discipline across the programme.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support delivery of the first wave of borough scrutiny panels (~9)
  • Maintain plans, RAID logs, actions, and delivery trackers
  • Monitor milestones and support issue/risk escalation
  • Coordinate programme documentation and reporting cycles

Coordination & Planning

  • Support readiness assessments across participating boroughs
  • Coordinate multi-agency stakeholders
  • Assist with planning and scheduling rollout activities

Skills & Experience

Essential

  • PMO or project coordination experience
  • Strong organisation and planning skills
  • Experience coordinating stakeholders across multiple organisations
  • Experience supporting meetings, workshops, or delivery activity
  • Ability to handle sensitive information appropriately

Desirable

  • Public sector, policing, or local government experience
  • Exposure to community engagement programmes
  • Knowledge of project delivery frameworks (e.g. PRINCE2 PMO support)
