AgileSource are supporting a growing, high-performing consultancy in the search for a Finance & Administration Assistant to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their career who is highly organised, detail-oriented, and looking to build their experience across finance, operations, and people processes within a professional services environment.
About the Role
You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of finance and administrative activities across the business. The position offers real breadth, exposure, and the opportunity to develop as the organisation continues to scale.
Key Responsibilities
- Finance Support
- Processing supplier invoices and employee expenses
- Collating and managing weekly timesheets
- Obtaining client purchase orders and internal payment approvals
- Supporting project cost tracking and administration
- Maintaining accurate project documentation to support billing
- Assisting with monthly management accounts preparation
- Supporting internal finance systems and reporting
- Supporting employee onboarding and clearance processes
- Maintaining HR/people systems and data tracking
- General office administration (meeting coordination, visitor management)
- Supporting recruitment coordination and administration
- Providing wider support to the Operations team as required
