As a Contracts Associate at AgileOne, you will play a key role in supporting our global legal function - driving efficient, consistent, and commercially aligned contracting across our workforce solutions business.
Collaborating with stakeholders across Sales, Operations, Procurement, and Leadership, you'll help streamline contracting processes, manage risk, and contribute to building scalable, best-in-class legal frameworks as we continue to grow.
Your Responsibilities:
- Draft, review, and negotiate client and supplier contracts (MSAs, SOWs, DPAs, frameworks)
- Support contracting across MSP / VMS environments and contingent workforce models
- Identify legal and commercial risks and provide clear, pragmatic guidance
- Work within contracting playbooks and escalate complex issues where needed
- Partner with internal teams to ensure smooth and efficient contract execution
- Contribute to improving: Contract templates, clause libraries, negotiation playbooks
- Support the evolution of contract management processes and future CLM initiatives
Our Requirements:
- Law degree (LLB or equivalent) or relevant legal qualification
- Experience in commercial contract drafting and negotiation
- Strong understanding of risk allocation and commercial drivers
- Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, international environment
- Confident engaging with non-legal stakeholders
- Experience in MSP, staffing, workforce solutions, or outsourcing (nice to have)
- Familiarity with VMS tools and contingent workforce models (nice to have)
- Exposure to high-volume contracting environments
- Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills
- Ability to translate complex legal concepts into practical business guidance
