As a Senior Client Services Professional (CSP), you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our Managed Service Provider (MSP) programme at one of AgileOne’s strategic client sites in the UK. Working closely with hiring managers, suppliers, and internal teams, you’ll manage contingent workforce processes through the Vendor Management System, ensure compliance, and maintain strong stakeholder relationships. This hybrid role requires regular on-site presence and offers the opportunity to make a visible impact within a dynamic, international environment.

Our Requirements

  • Proven experience in MSP/VMS programmes and contingent workforce operations, ideally with hands-on use of SAP Fieldglass or similar systems
  • Experience working with senior stakeholders, including senior management, SME professionals, and contingent workforce teams
  • Strong business acumen, understanding of legislation, compliance, and current market trends
  • Ability to manage high-volume administrative processes with attention to detail, using trackers and reporting tools to maintain accuracy
  • Skilled in Excel, MS Office, and reporting; experience with BI tools is a plus
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills; able to interact with small and large teams, and maintain professionalism under pressure
  • Resilient, diplomatic, confident, and adaptable, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable working onsite 2–3 days per week in London (travel reimbursed)

Your Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact between the client, suppliers, and internal teams for requisitions, approvals, and compliance
  • Manage the full contingent workforce lifecycle through VMS, including CV screening, interview coordination, onboarding, and timecard approvals
  • Maintain accurate system configuration, documentation, and reporting for compliance and audits
  • Understanding of UK labour compliance requirements and contingent workforce best practices
  • Provide training and support to client and supplier users, ensuring process consistency and operational excellence
  • Build strong relationships with senior hiring managers and maintain a visible onsite presence
  • Support with direct sourcing initiatives and strategic talent acquisition activities
  • Contribute to stakeholder mapping, process improvements, and reporting to add value to the client’s operations
