As a Data Analyst in our Business Intelligence team at AgileOne, you will be responsible for designing and delivering data-driven insights that support internal teams and global MSP clients. Working closely with stakeholders across the business, you will build impactful dashboards, develop data models, and translate complex workforce data into clear, actionable insights that drive decision-making and performance.

Your Requirements:

  • Design, build, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports for internal and client use.
  • Develop interactive visualizations to highlight trends and key workforce metrics.
  • Build and maintain data models (e.g. star schemas, fact and dimension tables).
  • Create complex DAX measures and calculations for reporting and analytics.
  • Extract, transform, and load data using SQL and Power Query (M).
  • Ensure data accuracy and consistency across multiple systems.
  • Optimize report performance and usability (UX, drill-throughs, automation, etc.).
  • Collaborate with data engineering and infrastructure teams.
  • Support automation of reporting processes (e.g. Power Automate).
  • Document data sources, logic, and reporting standards.

Your Profile:

  • Experience working as a Data Analyst / BI Analyst (preferably within MSP, staffing, or workforce solutions environment).
  • Good understanding of workforce data, including metrics such as spend, bill rates, headcount, tenure, compliance, and supplier performance.
  • Familiarity with VMS tools and data structures (e.g. Fieldglass, Beeline, VNDLY) is highly valued.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Power BI (Desktop & Service).
  • Advanced knowledge of DAX, Power Query (M), and SQL.
  • Solid understanding of data modeling and analytics best practices.
  • Experience working with large and complex datasets.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • High attention to detail and data accuracy.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to present data clearly.
  • Comfortable working independently and collaboratively.
