We are looking for a Graduate Inside Sales Specialist to join our LSCA’s (Life Sciences and Chemical Analysis) dynamic and high-achieving sales team! In this role, you will take ownership of selling our cutting-edge LSCA products, solutions, and services, including HPLC, LC/MS, GC, GC/MS, ICP, ICP/MS, UV-Vis, Raman, IR, CE, and Networked Data System products, to end-user customers within an assigned territory. Your focus will be on building strong relationships and driving business growth through proactive outbound and inbound sales activities. This is a full-time, onsite position based at our Harwell facility, located within the Harwell Science and Innovation Campus.
Your daily tasks will include:
- Working closely with designated Account Managers on your paired territory.
- Identifying sales opportunities with both new clients (growing the business) and existing ones (up-sell/cross-sell).
- Interpreting customers' needs and building long-lasting partnerships with them.
- Supporting and coordinating the whole sales cycle: from the pre-sales phases to ensuring a smooth delivery at the end (installation, set up).
- Helping with administrative tasks (quote preparation, tender responses, back-office duties, order booking, customer database management).
- Handling complex and technical discussions with customers.
- Participation within periodic project-based work for continued business development and funnel generation.
- Liaising with both internal and external partners.

- Recently graduated with a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in the field of Life Sciences.
- A strong motivation to work and overachieve in a dynamic commercial environment.
- A self-assured, people-oriented, autonomous and proactive individual with great interpersonal skills.
- The ability to develop strong relationships, working in both a team and independent setting.
