Overview
In this role, you will shape Agilent’s employee experience, focusing on listening, culture, and inclusion. You’ll lead global listening initiatives using Peakon and other sources to turn insights into action in partnership with leaders, HRBPs, and COEs. You’ll guide ENGs, Country General Manager networks, and cross-functional teams to strengthen engagement and culture at scale, while shaping internal and external narratives about employee experience. This position offers strategic influence and the chance to impact how talent thrives at Agilent.

Responsibilities
- Shape the employee experience strategy across engagement, listening, and culture
- Design and lead an enterprise listening strategy using Peakon for actionable insights
- Lead culture initiatives to strengthen connection, inclusion, leadership alignment, and employee pride
- Partner with global business leaders, HRBPs, COEs, and employees to translate insights into action
- Provide leaders with data, tools, and narratives to support culture outcomes
- Lead engagement strategies for the Country General Manager network and empower local teams
- Oversee the Employee Network Groups (ENGs) and align initiatives with culture objectives
- Create a cohesive framework linking listening insights, ENGs, and culture initiatives into an enterprise plan
- Drive internal and external narratives for employee experience and culture, including ESG reporting and recognition
- Build global partnerships to ensure engagement work is scalable and relevant
- Identify trends and opportunities through analytics and external best practices
- Promote cross-functional collaboration to embed engagement actions across Agilent
- Lead complex cross-functional initiatives with milestones and stakeholder management
- Partner with HRBPs, Communications, COEs, and external partners to support reporting priorities
- Utilize digital tools and dashboards for employee analytics and listening platforms
Key requirements
- 10+ years in employee engagement, listening, culture, or related HR roles in global or matrixed settings
- Experience with Workday and employee listening platforms; Peakon preferred
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven recommendations
- Excellent collaboration and storytelling abilities
- Organizational and strategic thinking with ability to connect initiatives into a coherent agenda
- Enterprise-minded leadership with practical, scalable action orientation
- Strong project management and cross-functional leadership capabilities
- Proven ability to communicate and align stakeholders about employee experience and culture
