Responsibilities
- Develop and communicate Agilent's multi-year security strategy and roadmap
- Define target-state architectures and security standards for enterprise, cloud, data, AI, and digital initiatives
- Advise on major initiatives, acquisitions, and technology modernization from a security perspective
- Lead secure AI strategy including governance models, control frameworks, and risk management
- Assess AI technologies and security implications of ML/AI systems
- Prioritize cybersecurity investments based on risk and business objectives
- Ensure security alignment with regulatory, privacy, and compliance requirements
- Provide executive-level cybersecurity recommendations and strategic technology guidance
- Collaborate with security engineering, operations, risk, compliance, and product security teams to ensure cohesive planning
Key requirements
- 10+ years in cybersecurity, security architecture, or related disciplines
- Experience developing enterprise security strategies, roadmaps, and transformation programs
- Strong knowledge of security architecture principles including Operational Technology
- Knowledge of AI governance, AI security controls, and emerging AI risks
- Experience interpreting cybersecurity regulations and standards
- Ability to communicate with technical, business, and executive stakeholders
- Strong communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills
