We are looking for a Graduate Service Sales Account Manager, ideally based in the region between Glasgow, Edinburgh and Newcastle upon Tyne, to join our Service Sales team as part of the Agilent CrossLab Group. The role involves promoting and selling service contracts to assigned accounts across Scotland and North East England, maintaining and developing existing contracts, generating new business to achieve financial targets, and traveling regularly to customer sites within the assigned territory.

Responsibilities

  • Managing the installed base inventory, service levels and contract set‐up.
  • Creatively tailoring solutions to meet customer requirements.
  • Generating new business possibilities and identifying sales opportunities using the full portfolio available.
  • Driving account plans for growth.
  • Monitoring and reporting contract performance and value.

Qualifications

  • A Bachelor or Master's Degree or equivalent experience.
  • Some experience in sales, preferably within Agilent's markets or in enterprise services such as software or IT.
  • Knowledge of the Pharmaceutical, Biopharma and Chemical Analysis industry would be a valued asset.
  • Strong networking abilities to integrate customer priorities and influence key stakeholders.
  • Full driver's license.
  • Fluent in English.
