The Church Stretton facility specializes in the design and manufacture of chromatographic and diagnostic particles and consumables serving a diverse range of applications and markets such as biopharma, food safety, academia, environmental, diagnostics, chemicals and advanced materials. The products you will be responsible for manufacturing will have a meaningful impact on advancing the quality of life, e.g., diagnosis of cancer and diseases, mRNA vaccine development, analysis of antibodies.

Responsibilities:

  • Adhering to Health & Safety and Quality (ISO9001:2015) standards while preparing, calibrating and setting up equipment and raw materials.
  • Producing and processing products per documented procedures, and accurately recording tasks, material movements and deviations.
  • Managing large‑scale chemical processes (50 L–2000 L) and maintaining a clean, organized production area.
  • Collaborating with project teams to develop new skills and contributing to Continuous Improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • A degree in Chemistry or relevant experience in a laboratory environment.
  • Previous experience with large‑scale chemical processes in manufacturing or a lab setting is a plus but not required.
  • With the right attitude, practical skills and attention to detail, our comprehensive training will ensure your success.
