We are seeking a Channel Partner Manager to support the growth of Agilent's Chromatography and Spectroscopy consumables across the UK, Ireland and Nordic regions. In this dynamic and commercially focused role, you will use your technical expertise to influence and support Agilent's partner network, ensuring strong market positioning for our Chromatography and Spectroscopy consumables.

You will manage and coordinate sales of the full Agilent Chemistries & Supplies (consumables) portfolio, including HPLC and GC columns, sample preparation products and laboratory supplies, through our established network of dealers. A key element of the role is the development and execution of strategic sales plans to exceed your assigned quota.

As a core member of the Chemistries & Supplies Sales team, you will work collaboratively with Product Specialists, Business Development and Marketing teams to deliver customer‐centred solutions, drive new business, and expand Agilent's market presence through effective partner engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop strong dealer relationships, managing accounts, targets and stock levels to ensure Agilent is recognised as a strategic partner and that sales targets are achieved.
  • Collaborate with dealers to understand customer needs and identify solutions to non‐standard enquiries, creating new value‐added business opportunities.
  • Take full ownership of sales quota within assigned dealers, promoting the complete Agilent consumables portfolio.
  • Act as the primary point of contact representing Agilent at assigned partner organisations.
  • Lead cross‐functional projects, working with Product Management teams and specialists to develop new applications, enhance customer satisfaction, and win significant sales opportunities.
  • Work closely with the Marketing teams to ensure accurate and effective product messaging in all programmes and campaigns.
Required Qualifications
  • Fluent English speaker, based in the UK or Ireland.
  • University degree (BSc/MSc) in Chemistry, Biochemistry or a related discipline.
  • Strong working knowledge of laboratory techniques, particularly Chromatography, Spectroscopy and Mass Spectrometry, within the Pharma/BioPharma, Environmental and Food markets.
  • Typically 2–3 years' experience in customer‐facing roles and dealer interaction.
  • Strong business development, sales and closing skills.
  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 50% of the time.

  • Solid understanding of analytical laboratory workflows and requirements.
  • Experience within the bio‐pharmaceutical sector is highly beneficial.
  • Prior experience in chromatography consumables sales.
  • Demonstrated success in dealer account management and selling both existing and new technologies.
  • High energy, strong drive and a results‐oriented mindset, with proven ability to work effectively within a team.

This role is full‐time with a weekly schedule. It includes the option to work remotely.

Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job‐related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
