Join Us in Cheadle (Manchester, UK): As a Technical Support Intern, you'll support a team providing first class support to our customers utilising a variety of remote diagnostic tools. We provide support on techniques ranging from Chromatography, Mass Spectrometry, Atomic and Molecular Spectroscopy, Genomics, Automation and Cell Analysis. There will be an opportunity to develop your technical skills and interact with the wider organisation including our field service engineers, sales/pre-sales and scheduling teams.
What You'll Do:
- Provide support to our Technical Support Engineers.
- Build technical skillsets related to many Scientific techniques.
- Gain commercial experience of a quality driven cutting-edge company.
- Work as part of a multicultural team.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a degree in Chemistry, Biology, or a Life Science-related field as part of a 4-year university program (must be completing the second year of the course).
- Customer-First mindset.
- Willingness to work as part of a team with a focus on technical excellence and customer service.
- Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
Desirable but Not Essential:
- Hands-on experience with Chromatography, Mass Spectrometry, Atomic and Molecular Spectroscopy, or Genomic techniques.
- Customer service skills.
