About The Role
We are seeking a talented and experienced Salesforce Developer to join Sage's Product Engineering Team, based in Winnersh (Reading area), UK.
This hybrid role requires a commitment of three days onsite, with the remaining days flexible for remote work.
As a vital part of our team, you will be instrumental in developing and enhancing our Salesforce-based HR and people management Saa S product, Sage People.
This platform is built on the Salesforce ecosystem, serving customers worldwide with a focus on code quality, scalability, and long-term architecture.
Your primary responsibility will be to deliver robust, scalable solutions by translating complex business requirements into effective technical implementations.
You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including frontend developers, testers, product managers, and architects, to ensure the successful delivery of features that align with our product roadmap, which increasingly incorporates AI-driven capabilities.

Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in object-oriented programming, with proven experience in Java or C#.

A Salesforce Developer Certification is highly desirable but not mandatory.
