About The Role
The HR Business Analyst role at Muller Dairy is a pivotal position designed to facilitate organizational change through effective process and system analysis. This is a 12-month fixed-term contract based in Market Drayton with a hybrid working model, requiring three days on-site per week. The role involves working closely with various business units and IT teams to gather requirements, understand existing processes, and define future state architectures to support business efficiencies. As an integral link between the business and systems teams, the HR Business Analyst will drive projects that enhance operational effectiveness and technological integration.
