Qualifications
- Proven experience in ecommerce or web design, ideally 4+ years, demonstrating a strong portfolio of successful projects.
- Experience delivering projects in line with client briefs, managing multiple projects simultaneously without compromising quality.
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with a solid understanding of front-end development principles.
- Expertise in design tools such as Figma or Adobe Creative Suite to create compelling visual layouts and prototypes.
- Strong understanding of UX/UI design principles, ensuring intuitive and engaging user experiences.
- Knowledge of Core Web Vitals, site performance optimization, and accessibility standards (WCAG).

Responsibilities
- Site Builds & Design: Design and develop websites for new and existing clients, ensuring timely delivery, high standards of quality, and mobile responsiveness. Apply best UX/UI design practices to craft intuitive, engaging, and commercially effective ecommerce experiences. Ensure consistency across devices and platforms, accurately representing the retailer’s brand and identity.
- Recurring & Ongoing Client Work: Maintain and enhance existing client websites, supporting their growth and adapting to evolving market trends. Collaborate proactively with retailers to identify opportunities for increased revenue and improved user engagement. Participate in client discovery sessions, onboarding, and regular reviews to align project goals with client expectations.
- Support & Client Communication: Respond promptly and professionally to support tickets and client inquiries, ensuring solutions are tested and validated before deployment. Keep clients informed throughout the project lifecycle, managing expectations and obtaining necessary sign-offs. Assist support teams with web-related queries, facilitating efficient resolution and maintaining high client satisfaction. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks to maintain quality and deadlines.
- Performance & Analytics: Monitor and analyze website performance using tools like Google Analytics, providing insights and actionable recommendations for improvement. Prepare reports for internal teams and clients, clearly communicating findings and suggested optimizations.
