About The Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Lead Salesforce Developer to join our team on a contract basis. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing complex Salesforce solutions that support our strategic objectives. As a key member of our technical team, you will lead development efforts, mentor junior staff, and collaborate closely with stakeholders to deliver scalable and innovative Salesforce applications. Qualifications

  • Minimum of 8+ years of experience in Salesforce development, with at least 2 years in a Staff or Lead role.
  • Expert‑level proficiency in Apex development, including asynchronous processing, triggers, and design patterns.
  • Strong experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Salesforce Flow.
  • Deep understanding of DevOps practices, including Salesforce DX, GitHub Actions or Azure DevOps, and automated testing frameworks.
  • Proven ability to design and implement solutions in multi‑cloud environments, covering Sales, Service, and Experience clouds.
  • Excellent problem‑solving skills and the ability to lead technical discussions and decision‑making processes.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Relevant Salesforce certifications are preferred but not mandatory.

Responsibilities
